Thank you so much for the great response to my fundraiser helping organizations that aid Minnesotans impacted by ICE. The three framed prints that were added last week quickly sold. One week left, there are still prints and books available through March 1st. Many of the federal forces have withdrawn from Minnesota, but many still remain, and immigrant families and businesses will take a long time to heal and rebuild. Donate and choose rewards here:

The natural world was my first photographic subject as a little kid because I just loved being out in it. It became a guilty pleasure for me once I entered art school and discovered it was decidedly un-hip, and also not as interesting or challenging as more high-concept pursuits. I re-embraced it without apology (or snark) in 2014 when I became enamored with smartphone photography. Those photos have been available to the public through my Instagram feed, and soon I will be exhibiting this work on a gallery wall for the first time. The Natural World is a group exhibit by our Minnesota photo collective Fotomatter. The opening reception is at Silverwood Park in St. Anthony, MN on March 12th 5-8 pm, and runs through April 30th 30th

These guys are looking for good homes (in museums).

I reported recently that the Minneapolis Insitute of Art has acquired the bulk of my personal collection of prints going back 5 decades. I am still looking to place several other prints from my series Security (above), Meetings, Nuclear Weapons, and others. Please reach out to me if you represent or know of a public collection where these might be a good fit. I am especially interested in museums that have exhibited or collected my work in the past, but am open to others as well. If you or someone you know is interested, please drop me a line.
